Hate 6am alarms? Same. TRT. began as a way to get outside, meet good people, and keep running chill. We pick off-peak times, keep the pace conversational, and finish with a treat because that’s the best bit.


Show up when you can — we send off 10 minutes after the meet time, share routes on Strava, and keep things simple and kind. No racing, no pressure. Just The Run Thing.

HOW THIS WORKS

Two runs per week: We post runs each week; days/times can vary.

RSVP: Via Strava (preferred) / Butter / DM our insta.

Meet & roll: Meet at the pin — we leave +10 min after the listed time.

Pace: walk/jog/run at your own pace.

After: treat + yap — details live on Strava.
